Michael R. Hitsman
President/CEO

Mr. Hitsman is President, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of Vaughan Group, Ltd and its affiliates. He oversees asset management of all VGL real estate holdings as well as all fee management and construction operations. Mr. Hitsman has been actively engaged in the acquisition, financing, repositioning and management operations of large multifamily rental and condominium communities in the Midwest and Florida since 1982. He is a licensed real estate broker and an attorney admitted to practice in the states of Ohio and New York. From 1978 to 1981, Mr. Hitsman served as an Assistant City Director of Labor Relations and Assistant Counsel in the administration of Mayor Edward I. Koch.

Craig Patton
Principal Centurion Partners, LLC

Mr. Patton is the Construction Member of VGL's construction and development affiliate, Centurion Partners, LLC. Mr. Patton is a licensed general contractor and also holds licenses for all major construction trades, including electrical, plumbing and heating and cooling. Mr. Patton has over 15 years of experience in construction, site development, restoration and renovation of both residential and commercial real estate, most recently completing construction of VGL's new and exciting Centurion Commerce Center.

E. Suzanne Kincaid
Director of Portfolio Management

Ms. Kincaid has operational responsibility over VGL's owned multi-family real estate portfolio, including all of its Florida and Ohio properties. She also has overall responsibility for all multi-family third party fee management. A native of Florida, Ms. Kincaid has almost twenty years experience in residential property management and property repositioning in Florida and Ohio. She is also fully experienced in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family properties including conducting and/or coordinating management transition, due diligence, market studies and unit inspections. Ms. Kincaid joined VGL in 1989.

Brenda D. Kerber, CMCA®, AMS®, Realtor®, ABR®
Director of Finance and Operations

Ms. Kerber is the Director of Finance and Operations Manager for Vaughan Group, Ltd. She has served in that capacity since 1993. Ms. Kerber is fully experienced in all aspects of condominium and commercial real estate financial affairs and property financial operations generally. She supervises all financial reporting and bookkeeping operations for VGL, including VGL's computerized accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting systems and administrates internal controls including annual audits. She has coordinated commercial real estate financing and refinancing transactions in excess of $60,000,000 and also provides technical assistance in the acquisition and disposition of VGL portfolio properties. She holds an Ohio Realtors® License, the professional designations of ABR and e-Pro and is an active member of the Columbus Board of Realtors®, Ohio Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors® , the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council and the CAI (Community Associations Institute).

Joshua Hill
Director of Construction/Maintenance

Mr. Hill is the Director of VGL's construction/maintenance division and first joined the company in 1997. He has responsibility for all VGL construction and maintenance operations and directly supervises VGL's maintenance and construction personnel. Mr. Hill has over 10 years experience in the construction trades and is experienced in all aspects of construction and maintenance operations. As a former condominium property manager, Mr. Hill possesses a unique understanding of multi-family maintenance and capital replacement requirements. Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Franklin University and an Ohio Realtors® License. He is also an active member of the Columbus Board of Realtors®, the Ohio Association of Realtors® and the National Association of Realtors®.
