VGL makes no representation as to the overall property condition of a Member’s home, its various systems and/or construction, or that its evaluations and reports include all maintenance/repair issues whether latent or discoverable that may exist. While reasonable care will be taken in providing all services, VGL does not guarantee that systems or property will remain free from breakdown, defect or future maintenance needs after service. To the extent permitted by law, VGL shall not be held liable for direct, incidental or consequential damages and liability for direct damages, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. Membership is not transferable.
